Upon conducting a significant amount of research into the planning of projects and organising of time, it has become apparent that this accounts for around 25-30 percent of the design development time therefore suggesting that this is a crucial and significant stage within a design project. The project currently being undertakens brief has been set by the D&AD New Blood Awards and includes the re-vamping of The Body Shop’s appearance. Including, advertisements for 4 of it’s products, a campaign advertisement, in-store theatre and atmospherics, in-store interior design, a social media or digital format medium in an attempt to drive new custom into the store.
It will be throughout this project that new and exciting methods and directions will be experimented with in an attempt to revive The Body Shop’s brand identity.
